This is an initial review of Deeds.Com and the ordering process for their Quit Claim package for Virginia. The ordering process was very easy and the price seems reasonable for what you get. I have reviewed and downloaded all my forms, but have not used them yet. Thus far I am pleased with the product and the process. The Quitclaim deed form was fine. Unfortunately, all I wanted to accomplish was to transfer property held in my name into my trust, but I could not any wording on the information you provided on how to accomplish this. It was not a sale, just a transfer from me to me as trustee.

Promissory note guidelines instruction No. 1 has misspelled Principle [sic]. Promissory note blank form number 1(c) the formatting of the P&I payment is not correct.
