The Notice of Furnishing is used to certify that labor and/or materials were furnished, or will be furnished upon a specific property identified in the Notice.
In Kentucky, any lien will be dissolved unless the claimant, within six (6) months after he ceases to labor or furnish materials, files, in the office of the county clerk of the county in which the building or improvement is situated, a statement of the amount due him, with all just credits and set-offs known to him, together with a description of the property intended to be covered by the lien sufficiently accurate to identify it, the name of the owner, if known, and whether the materials were furnished or the labor performed by contract with the owner or with a contractor or subcontractor. K.R.S. 376.080(1).

I needed a quitclaim deed to transfer ownership of a home. An attorney wanted $400.00 to file the deed. I downloaded a blank deed for my area from deeds.com. I received it instantly. (Small fee) it came with instructions and a template. I filled it out and submitted it to the County Clerks office.it was simple and I saved a lot of money. There may be other forms you need, check with whoever you are submitting the deed. You'll have additional fees, but that is up to the municipality in which you reside. It will be helpful if you have the latest deed on file. It was much easier than I thought. This is an easy website to navigate through and it is 100% legitimate. I recommend Deeds.com.

Great service ! Hawaii is not a "forms state" so unfortunately the public has no way to get templates on our local gov site but deeds.com to the rescue. If I hadn't spent my career as an escrow officer (albeit in another state), I may have had a hard time figuring out exactly which deed I needed and how to prepare them, even with the back-up informational, how-to pdf documents, without an attorney. My experience speaks to how much the general public doesn't understand and how confusing it can be. Nonetheless, the access to so many documents at a fairly reasonable cost, the basic how-to docs made available along with the purchased doc makes all the difference.
