The Notice of Furnishing is used to certify that labor and/or materials were furnished, or will be furnished upon a specific property identified in the Notice.
In Kentucky, any lien will be dissolved unless the claimant, within six (6) months after he ceases to labor or furnish materials, files, in the office of the county clerk of the county in which the building or improvement is situated, a statement of the amount due him, with all just credits and set-offs known to him, together with a description of the property intended to be covered by the lien sufficiently accurate to identify it, the name of the owner, if known, and whether the materials were furnished or the labor performed by contract with the owner or with a contractor or subcontractor. K.R.S. 376.080(1).

Good site. Two things to note. 1. The Documentary Transfer Tax Exemption sheet, the word "computer" is used when I think it should be "computed" Error in state form? 2. The California Trust Guide could have a watermark which is less distracting. Kind of hard to read the print with the DEEDS.COM logo so prominent.

Thanks for providing this service. We had searched for weeks for the correct documents. It might help clients to find you soon if the banks and mortgage companies can refer clients to you. They require the forms but offer no direct source to obtain them. You are 5 star in every way.

Outstanding. There is nothing worse than finding the correct forms or having to hire an atty to do what most people can do on their own. I cant speak for all but these forms are fairly easy. I took a chance and downloaded the Beneficiary Deed form -- would have liked to have been able to see the form before I paid, but I took a chance as everywhere else I looked online wanted me to fill out form online and then pay $30+ for each deed. I'm doing several, so I was glad to be able to just download the blank form that appears to be one I can directly type into on my computer. Yay! Would use your site again if needed. Thanks!
