Use this form to release, terminate, extinguish a previously recorded document that involves access to and from a property.
Documents such as:
1. Easement Deeds or Agreements (An easement is a non-possessory interest in land, granting the right to use someone else's property for a specific purpose, like a driveway or utility line)
2. Access Roads
3. Right of Ways
4. Utility Easements (Power, Gas, Water, Sewer, Etc.)
5. Drainage Easements
This document allows the owner of the land, burdened by the access and the party that benefits from the access, to sign an agreement releasing the property from such access, under the premises the benefiting party no longer needs access. Once the easement is successfully terminated and the release is recorded, it should be reflected in the title records for the property, effectively removing the easement from the property's title.

I found this site when looking for help filing a quitclaim deed to change my property deed to my married name. I received the correct forms, an example filled out, and a guide specific to my state. I am so glad I found this resource! As the Executor of a family members estate I wanted to save money by bypassing a lawyer as it seemed pretty straight forward to tranfer a Life Estate to the remainderman. (I had original deeds). But talking with 3 different states and 4 different counties - none of which seemed to need the same documents, I was almost ready to dump this in a lawyer's lap. This resource makes it simple!

The Deed of trust form was fine but the promissory note was less user friendly since I needed to change a few things that were fixed in the template. I ended up using white-out after I got no response when I emailed the help site that was provided in one of your emails, so it looks a little odd but should be usable

went on line to find out about Adobe Reader, too. Had a test to see if I had it. Took few seconds. Then on to ordering and downloading which took only 5 minutes for the three forms I wanted.
