Thank you, Deed.com provided the needed forms to change county and state information after the passing of my father, saved me a trip to law office, especially after the lawyers would not return my calls, so I would recommend you check Deed.com for information, saved my family money for lawyer fees, would use Deed.com again. Communication is hard. The reps need to be empowered and encouraged to call the customers when necessary. They encourage 300 dpi resolution and under 2 MB PDF file, which is not even possible with our scanner. They made a vague comment about a legal description looking abbreviated but did not explain. They refused to call me. They said the county said "Image is light please darken", but the image looked fine to me. Maybe not their fault, but they refused to help work with the county on that for me. I followed their suggestion though and re-scanned at 300 dpi, but they misunderstood me and did not re-submit it right away. Over 48 hours later, it's still not recorded yet. I hope it will be today.
Thank you for your feedback Todd.

The download package is very thorough and complete for the Corrective Deed I needed to file. The material is state/county specific and includes a completed example. The price is reasonable compared to an attorney fee from $400 to $600
We appreciate your business and value your feedback. Thank you. Have a wonderful day!

The process sure was easy and fast. Not sure why a rep would question why I am requesting an exhibit page on the Deed when that's a common practice here in AZ. They recorded it the way I sent it so all good.
Thank you!

The technology and service was excellent. The content was too limited. I was seeking to find out about 61b deeds on the property and that was not provided.
We appreciate your feedback Patricia.

I used the Quitclaim form. The form was easy to complete without using the example or guide. $21 was a fair price compared to paying a lawyer.

I thought the website was good. But once I paid the money and downloaded the papers I needed for Grays Harbor. I had to end up calling a escrow company that we had worked with only to find out that they work with a slightly different version. The escrow company was kind enough to email me the version Grays Harbor recommends and uses. There is a chance I could use theses in the future.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!
