I had overwhelming emotions taking my deceased wife's name off my condo, so it took me a year to steel myself to submit the form. LOVE THIS!! I am a REALTORand from time to time I have had to take documents for filing. I'm so glad I invested some time online researching eFiling services. Waste of money. The deed form was not printable after completion. Had to create a new form in word on my own.
