At which time the Clerk will immediately file the Lis Pendens to become public notice. 11-47-9

The guide I needed was very easy to understand and the template was easy to complete. I had a property attorney review the deed before I had it registered and she was impressed. it would be nice to have explanation of all the forms required. For a first time estate DPOA, I feel a bit insecure with the forms and would like a paragraph explaining specifics for each link and what to complete for the ladybird deed.
