The DOCUMENT AND INFORMATION WAS JUST WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED. HOWEVER, NAVIGATING THE ON LINE PROCESS WAS A PROBLEM.. AT ONE POINT IT LOOKED LIKE I HAD PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AND LOST CONTACT WITH THE SYSTEM. I FINALLY GOT TO PRINT WHAT I PURCHASED. FOR SUCH I WOULD ONLY GIVE A FOUR STAR RATING.

Had a difficult time finding my download after purchase. Thankfully I had printed the form and had. However it was read only and I'm not experienced enough to be able to change that. So I went into my word program and typed in the form. I should be able to use it for my purpose. Just glad I was finally able to find it after hours of searching online. I'm in my 70's and not real computer intelligent which may have been part of the problem

I liked the software, it's very easy to use. Once it's saved as a .pdf document on your computer, the source document is lost when you log out. I wish it could be saved and then edited on their site later instead of having to create a new document from scratch each time.

If I hadn't spent my career as an escrow officer (albeit in another state), I may have had a hard time figuring out exactly which deed I needed and how to prepare them, even with the back-up informational, how-to pdf documents, without an attorney. My experience speaks to how much the general public doesn't understand and how confusing it can be. Nonetheless, the access to so many documents at a fairly reasonable cost, the basic how-to docs made available along with the purchased doc makes all the difference. Process is easy but system would not accept 3 different credit cards on first day. No phone number to call. Sent message and response was all 3 cards must have been declined. However, next day one of those cards went through with no problem.
