The General Mineral Deed in Missouri transfers oil, gas, and mineral rights from the grantor to the grantee. THIS IS NOT A LEASE. There are no Exceptions or Reservations included.
The transfer includes the oil, gas and other minerals of every kind and nature. It also transfers any and all rights to receive royalties, overriding royalties, net profits interests or other payments out of or with respect to those oil, gas and other minerals. The Grantor can stipulate the percentage of Mineral Rights the Grantee will receive and is made subject to any rights existing under any valid and subsisting oil and gas lease or leases of record.
This general mineral deed gives the grantee the right to access, for the purpose of mining, drilling, exploring, operating and developing said lands for oil, gas, and other minerals, and storing handling, transporting and marketing of such.
In this document the Grantor Warrants and will defend said Title to Grantee. Use of this document has a permanent effect on your rights to the property, if you are not completely sure of what you are executing seek the advice of a legal professional.

This was such a money saver. I was told by someone at the courthouse that I had to have a lawyer prepare the paper work for my mom. They stated that family members couldn't prepare the papers. This site was easy to use for access to State forms for filing in Montmorency County clerks office. Not only did I find claim form but a sample claim was available for assisting on how to complete your form correctly. Found this so very useful for us (public resident) to fill in the form as a .PDF file that prints out typed form - rather than handwritten entries. There is a fee but your access is always available on internet to this site in the future. Saved me time using this site and My filed form looks professional. You have access to several other forms if needed.

The purchasing process was very slick and my credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY. The deliver went well as the link was provided immediately. However I asked a question via the "Contact Us" link and days later I get a survey but no reply. I may have been directed to the wrong forms via my County and I wanted to confirm that...but still no answer. What would that deserve as a rating???

I appreciated the fact that the forms were by Texas County and I knew I had the right form. The form were fairly easy to complete. I had trouble completing the form because the property description was long and kept disappearing and I had to re-type. It would also have helped it I could have saved and not had to start over every time.
