The process was easy and cost was reasonable. My only suggestion is to allow user the ability to shorten the space between the county and state and the space after the month. I needed to draw a line at the courthouse before they would file it.

It just a little disconcerting that I was not able to preview any of the forms prior to purchasing them. Thank goodness they were the correct forms I needed. I would suggest being able to at least make the picture of the forms a little larger or give the capability to zoom in.

Extremely easy and fast recording of real estate records. My goal was to find the Covenant, Conditions, and Restrictions for my HOA. From what I can read, these documents should be attached to our Deed (single family, patio home in New Hanover County). I am not sure if I have a copy of my Deed. I would need to check my Safe Deposit Box. Unfortunately, I was not successful at finding these documents from your Website. If you can help me find them, I would appreciate that.
It is most common to obtain a copy of CC&Rs directly from the HOA. Alternatively, they are also usually a matter of public record recorded with the local recorder and you can obtain a copy there.
