Very good information. Easy access and easy to download. All the forms needed for TOD to be notarized and recorded with the county office. Much better than working with a Trust and the expense of lawyers, especially when several parties are involved and the owner of said property knows exactly to whom the property should go. Having forms and instructions available for the public to have their wishes recorded and confirmed makes handling final planning much easier and prevents family members from having the unnecessary task of going through court to solve property distribution issues. Great do it yourself forms (I used the Quitclaim deed). If you think you're going to need a lot of hand holding you might consider hiring an attorney. The guide and general information provided by deeds.com will help if you have some idea of what you are doing and you are willing to research a little. Your mileage may vary but for me, this was a very efficient and economical way to get my quitclaim deed done.

I thought it was easy, but I wish it were faster. I uploaded my document Monday night (after 5pm) and got my invoice the next morning Tuesday paid it right away. and my document was not sent to me as recorded until Wednesday morning even though it was recorded the day earlier at 8:30am. So there was a delay of almost 24 hours letting me know that my document was recorded. So if they could speed that up so that we knew exactly when it got recorded immediately I would give it a million stars

The product I purchased looks great and I added Adobe to be able to copy it, but for some reason I can't,so I will delete Adobe and then try again to copy what i paid for. I have all the PDFS' and my computer and printer are fairly new (windows 10),I should have tried to copy it first, I'll get it! Thanks
