Deeds was responsive and got back to me right away suggesting I go to the county and retrieve copies of the deed there. It's a couple of hundred miles away so was hoping I could do it online. A pretty good website though. Sorry we couldn't do business.

The process for receiving the quitclaim document worked well. I couldn't use the document. If I had been able to view the document before I had to pay for it, I would have known, but that isn't how your process works. However, that's the only snag I found. Otherwise the process for paying and downloading the document worked well. Thank you.

LOVE THIS!! I am a REALTORand from time to time I have had to take documents for filing. I'm so glad I invested some time online researching eFiling services. The first few search results that populated required an expensive annual or monthly subscription. Luckily I continued to scroll and found Deeds.com. No annual or monthly subscription required. Just pay per use. I uploaded a ROL late one night and Deed.com had it eFiled the very next morning!!! They keep you updated throughout the process via email notifications which you click on the link provided in the email that directs you to your online portal to view the status and once your documents have been filed you can immediately download the filed of record documents including the receipt from the county in which the documents were filed. Was looking for information and forms relating to a trust my parents created, but what I purchased seems geared toward trusts containing real estate only, which is not what I needed.
