Under Nebraska Revised Statutes section 76-214, deeds and other instruments transferring title submitted for recording must be accompanied by a statement containing details about the transfer. Form 521, found on the websites for most counties or at http://www.revenue.nebraska.gov/PAD/forms/521_Real_Estate_Transfer_Statement.pdf meets most of these requirements.
Transfers resulting from a property owner's death, such as those under transfer on death deeds or joint tenancies, may require additional information (76-214(1), (2)). In those situations, including a cover sheet that contains the extra details assists the recording office and reduces the chance of delays in processing.

They must have busy when I applied. The screen said it should be done in under10 mins unless heavier traffic. I was a little nervous because of a time deadline. It was completed in 45 mins and for under $30 it was worth every penny to have my deed details at my fingertips. So I give it a 5 on ease of use and quick handling. You can get it done less expensively, but great in a time crunch.

Contents were well done. Could not remove and replace the "Deeds/" footer, rendering the form unusable for filing with a court and county deed records. This should be corrected.

I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document. I wish all the forms had been in a downloadable package so that it wasn't so difficult to make sure I had them all. Too many pages open on the click throughs. I haven't had a chance to fill them out but hope they are all there.
