(At any time after such notice of pendency is recorded, the party on whose behalf the same was filed or the party's attorney of record may cause the notice to be canceled in the office of the county clerk or register of deeds of any county in which the notice has been filed or recorded. The Executor's Guide needs more info about what to put for grantee (estate of deceased or my name as executor?) and the price (something nominal like $10?) before there is a buyer. The guide seems to use only one example.

I ended up loading the same file twice and was unable to delete one of them. I did send e request in to have one deleted and I did get a response back that only one file was processed. This was done in a timely manner but required more additional time. It would have been nice to be able to delete the file myself and finish the process at the same time. Other than this every thing did go very well. Thank you
