(At any time after such notice of pendency is recorded, the party on whose behalf the same was filed or the party's attorney of record may cause the notice to be canceled in the office of the county clerk or register of deeds of any county in which the notice has been filed or recorded. It would be helpful if an email was sent to notify you of any additional invoices needed, documents were accepted and/or recorded. It is not always convenient to check your website on a daily basis to determine the status of the requesting recordings.

Nice service at a fair price. Website is not very user oriented. Messages accumulate in the messages area but are not emailed to the client. If you used the service regularly, it would be more understandable but for a first time or occasional user, the site can be time consuming.
