I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document. Deed.com is an amazing site. After calling many places and going on many websites to figure out what I needed to submit (most counties cannot help with questions and the place I needed to turn the documents into could not help either, they are not allowed to give legal advice) I came across Deeds.com. It has been so helpful and I was able to research what documents I needed. I purchased one document and after more research I realized I needed a different document. Deed.com refunded my first purchase. I then purchased an Affidavit of Death and a Deed for the county and state I needed them for. Both the example and guide were very helpful and I will be submitting my documents after I have them notarized. I give five stars

The filled out form could have been placed on the real form then deleted with current info. Form quite simplified but example & help good.

Guidelines somewhat helpful. Forms fillable but not editable unless you buy an Adobe conversion service subscription. End product looks crude and amateurish. Fields can't be reduced or enlarged to accommodate unique data. Very disappointing.

Yes I appreciate your services everything so far looking good this shows the facts the reasons most of all format I enjoy it I hopefully I can use it for some other legal forms also for Fry's Baker's fraud title fraud I'm interested in a lot of services that will provide me with a preferences of a fraud situations on mortgage security loans but other than that the services are awesome and I appreciate it appreciate your services and I'll keep on using it and thanks again thumbs up
