This New Hampshire Purchase and Sale Agreement with Installment Payments, (often referred to as a Land Contract or Contract for Deed) is used when:
The buyer does not pay the full purchase price at closing.
Instead, the buyer makes monthly or periodic payments over time (often directly to the seller).
Seller retains legal title until the buyer pays in full, at which point the deed is delivered.
This serves the same purpose as a land contract:
Facilitates seller-financing.
Delays the formal transfer of title until payment is complete.
Allows possession to be transferred before full payment.
Common Uses of this Purchase and Sale Agreement
Seller Financing (when buyer cannot get a traditional mortgage)
Purchase of land or mobile homes on private land
Family transfers or private sales
Investment properties or rent-to-own situations
Buyers building equity over time before getting deed/title
Can be implemented for traditional installment payments (ex. 20 year term) or short term with a balloon payment

I was a little nervous about doing this, but it was very simple. I was thrilled that I could use the sheet that helped me fill out the form. That made it easy. I did like that you knew what the charge was going to be in the beginning, not like the other websites.
Thank you, Sheryl. We know deed paperwork can feel intimidating at first, so we’re glad the guide helped make everything simple and clear. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience.

This is my third time using Deeds.com and they don't disappoint. Their customer service is outstanding - absolutely excellent - via messages, I communicated with them immediately and 24/7 - on weekends and at night. I would not even try another service as they provide excellence which is so rare these days.
We appreciate your business and value your feedback. Thank you. Have a wonderful day!

You did not include the Notice of Intent to File a Lien Statement form which is necessary to properly file a mechanic's lien in Colorado. If you are going to charge people $20 to download the forms, you should include all of them not half of them.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!
