This is a Limited or Specific Power of Attorney in which the first party, Principal authorizes a second Party, Attorney-in-fact, to purchase a certain property on your behalf. In this power of attorney, you are permitting the Attorney-in fact to do all acts that you might or could have done in the purchase of a specific property. This form is durable (shall remain effective even if you become disabled or incompetent) and is governed by the laws of New Jersey.

After some initial general confusion -- (we sold a small piece of land privately and therefore do not typically prepare such documentation (!)) -- we were able to purchase and download all forms from Deeds.com and understand how to complete it/them. The help is all there, we just needed to read and study it - the "Example" helped alot. We were able to complete the Document per your online form(s) and then take it to be signed/notarized - and take the completed paper document to the Registry -- and it is now all registered and we are All Set. rn Took the morning (only). It's an instant download. I was very pleased that it included instructions and any necessary additional forms. Much easier than spending 3 hours on a county assessor's website searching for every single form. A good deal and I don't know how Deeds.com keeps up with thousands of counties. The QuitClaim deed does not provide enough space in the Grantor block at the top of the first page. In fact, all blocks should provide more space.

Great resource and everything went smoothly except email was performed through autofill prompted by the system but the autofill added a letter that gave wrong email. I can still sign in with wrong email since the system recognizes it as mine even though it is wrong. May be my fault and not the system since I did not catch the discrepancy in time. I would suggest a field that allows a correction to any misinformation prior to signing out from the initial sign on. Still think it is a great resource if all documents are processed and accepted by the pwers to be. Thanks.
