Use this form to release, terminate, extinguish a previously recorded document that involves access to and from a property.

1. Easement Deeds or Agreements (An easement is a non-possessory interest in land, granting the right to use someone else's property for a specific purpose, like a driveway or utility line)

This document allows the owner of the land, burdened by the access and the party that benefits from the access, to sign an agreement releasing the property from such access, under the premises the benefiting party no longer needs access. Easy to use and instructions were very clear. If possible, it would be nice to be able to download the entire package at one time - it was a little cumbersome to download each item separately. (Of course, I didn't know which of the items I needed, so downloaded them all)

Sign up process was fine. The search could be refined a bit to make it easier. Rather than being presented with a large number of fields and trying to figure out, it say street suffice (Drive, Street, Lane) are needed and with what spelled out, what abbreviated it would be nice to have them presented as questions with examples. The $30 price point of r a deed is way too high for me as an appraiser. This is why I didn't complete the transaction.
