You form was good the only thing that did not work was the download to fill it out !!! I use a Mac system and maybe that's what the issue was. I filled it out by hand and it worked for the purpose .

I didn't care for it because I was having to do other things in between filling it out and all of a sudden it would not allow me back in it to make changes. Luckily I had saved it and then had to do FILL/SIGN option which looks ugly but that was the only way I could add what I needed.

I'm transferring a property into a trust and ordered the QuitClaim Deed. Everything was pretty straight forward and user friendly. However, the Additional Information/Instructions for the Preliminary Change of Ownership Report skips from Section "I" to "M" and does not address "K". It would have been very helpful to have an explanation of the difference between the three options in that section. Thank you.

why not word format??
Good question. There are many reasons, we'll touch on a few. For the end user (you) Adobe Reader is free, Word is not. PDF is the portable document standard, Word is a decent word processor. A portable document format (PDF) maintains document formatting such as margins and font size which is very important to legal documents, Word does not. Have a wonderful day.

The process was very easy but I did not realize before I paid to get this form , that I could have gotten it free from Tulsa county clerks office. Other than that, it was fine.

You're right that the Tulsa County Clerk publishes a free transfer on death deed form, and we'd never want anyone to feel they overpaid. Our version isn't that same blank, though: it adds an alternate beneficiary designation so the property still passes as you intend if your first choice doesn't survive you, it's built to handle one or two owners, and it comes with a plain-language guide and a completed example. I used the Oklahoma Gift Deed transferring property intra-family, and found it easy to complete. I could not find an Oklahoma Affidavit for the new law re citizenship verification, 60 O.S. Sec 121 and found it at another site that was not a fill in online. Oh well. Site was easy to navigate.
