This document allows the owner of the land, burdened by the access and the party that benefits from the access, to sign an agreement releasing the property from such access, under the premises the benefiting party no longer needs access. Once the easement is successfully terminated and the release is recorded, it should be reflected in the title records for the property, effectively removing the easement from the property's title.

I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document. Straightforward and pretty easy to use. The only downside is that there is no way to contact them directly. The number on the website is answered only by a voicemail with no return calls.
Pricing seems fair compared to other services and much more efficient that filing "over the counter."

The template isn't that easy to work with, with you have to type out large amounts of text. Also copy and paste doesn't seem to work. Furthermore, the code listed on the guide is out of date. However, the DQC is decent in that it has all the required fields you need.

The download of forms, etc. was easy and the guides that were provided were good, but more information would have been nice as to where to find tax map #, parcel #, and district mentioned in Exemptions from Property Transfer Fees (and Declaration of Consideration or Value.
