A Notice of Pendency can be filed in action that affects title to real property (or the possession, use or enjoyment of, real property, except in a summary proceeding brought to recover the possession of real property.) Names of the parties
Legal description of the affected property
Object of the complaint (Statute 6501.)
This Notice of Pendency has ample space to enter multiple parties
