Promptly recording this document in the same county as the original mortgage serves to unencumber (free up) the title to the related real property. Words of conveyance are unnecessary because the property rights were transferred when the borrower and lender signed the mortgage.

Forms easy to download but experienced problems trying to type in my information into the forms. Then when I went to print a form, Adobe wanted to charge me for printing. I ended up printing the blank forms and then filling them out manually.

The program fields should allow the customer to change font size and allow additional space for information to be place on the Deed. Not Bad, still needs improvement.
