1. At or any time after a suit is filed

3. (At or any time after the filing of an answer or other pleading in which the pleading party states an affirmative claim for relief falling within the provisions of subsection (a) of this section.) ( 1-116)

I love deeds.com - hands down, the quickest way to record a warranty deed. The process and communication is so quick - the recording transaction too. Worth the extra $20 to me for my time!
