Laborious process to gain access; need to indicate PRIINT when complete and inform that if page is backspaced, entered info disappears, necessitating starting all over again. There is only one “A” provision, when some documents have several more. Space is too limited in some instances to provide what is necessary for recording. Thank you

The staff at Deeds.com was very patient and ensured the deed was in the correct format for recording. Had I tried to record it myself, it would have been rejected, as I did not have the home address for the 2 witnesses. I would definitely recommend deeds.com

I believe you need more instruction on the use of the web site. I would type and nothing would appear on the form. When I tried to save a completed form I ended with a blank form with no detail.

Not user friendly, and not an Adobe fan. The first page of Quitclaim Deed form cuts off the Parcel Identification line on the bottom. Also quite a few forms showed up to be downloaded , after I paid, so I was unsure if all the forms were part of the quitclaim package. I have adobe but was unable to locate the forms in adobe on my computer after I downloaded them. Just wanted to print out one quitclaim deed form, which would have taken less that 3 minutes. instead it took 97 minutes. Thank you, though, for having the form there.

Overall positive experience; especially liked immediate access to downloaded documents and instructions. My only concern was lack of adequate space in portions of your beneficiary deed blank form which then required me to use 3 exhibits to complete all necessary documents for the county recorders office. I followed the instructions to download the form for my Mac, typed in the legal description of the real property but the space provided for it would not expand so I just typed the form into Word as a document. While I appreciate having the form to work with it would have been a breeze if it worked properly.
