Use this form to discharge a previously recorded mortgage of record. (The certificate of discharge must contain a brief description of the mortgage and must state that the mortgage has been paid in full or otherwise satisfied and discharged and that the officer is authorized to discharge the mortgage of record.) (The mortgagee)/lender (shall present the certificate of discharge to the recorder for recording in the county in which the property is located within thirty days after the certificate of discharge is signed. The mortgagee may add the amount of the recording fee to the balance of the debt paid by the mortgagor.) This form can be (signed by the mortgagee, the mortgagee's executors, administrators, guardians, trustees, assigns, personal representatives, or special administrators appointed for that purpose, properly acknowledged or proved and certified as prescribed by chapter 47-19.) Death of JT form was excellent. You have the best documents out there. I wish I could have read the sample just so I knew my information was entered correctly. Real problem is County wants a bar code on documents to get recorded. Now? Need four deed forms so the expense starts to be prohibitive. I would rather pay more and get multiple access.

It all started out well, then I was abruptly told that I would have to submit the documents directly to the recording office. No explanation was offered and I wasted a lot of time on your website for nothing. Very disappointing, as the concept of e-recording is what is needed in 2026.
We reviewed your order and our support messages. The document uploaded for recording was a very low-quality scan that did not meet the county’s eRecording image requirements. Our staff asked that a clearer scan be uploaded, but the same image was submitted again.
Because the document could not be processed electronically, we advised recording it directly with the county recorder’s office.
E-recording systems require clear, legible document images that meet county standards. When those requirements cannot be met, recording directly with the recorder is often the fastest option.
