Use this form to discharge a previously recorded mortgage of record. (The certificate of discharge must contain a brief description of the mortgage and must state that the mortgage has been paid in full or otherwise satisfied and discharged and that the officer is authorized to discharge the mortgage of record.) (The mortgagee)/lender (shall present the certificate of discharge to the recorder for recording in the county in which the property is located within thirty days after the certificate of discharge is signed. The mortgagee may add the amount of the recording fee to the balance of the debt paid by the mortgagor.) This form can be (signed by the mortgagee, the mortgagee's executors, administrators, guardians, trustees, assigns, personal representatives, or special administrators appointed for that purpose, properly acknowledged or proved and certified as prescribed by chapter 47-19.) The information and instructions provided is thorough and great. But, the fill-in-the-blanks form does not work well and is very frustrating. The font size of the information I was adding on each individual line varies and is determined by the number of characters entered on that individual line. So the font size is different on each line. And the number of lines is fixed making it impossible to fill in the full legal name of the trust I needed to fill out the form for. My needs are somewhat unusual, but the form should have been designed to be flexible enough to handle it. A blank paper form would have been more useful.

Very prompt and good resource. Unfortunately, I am unable to find a form for the Quitclaim Deed for an individual to a UNA, so I do not know how to proceed.
