recently joined Deeds.com. still exploring the site. has been very helpful in providing local information for recording, such as fees and requirements. i am working to correct mistakes made within a deed. it is amazing how these municipalities operate outside the scope of Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17; to claim land is "in" the "State of ____. when the land is actually not ceded to the United States of America as for use for needful buildings. beware of the fraud perpetrated by Attorneys in the recording of your Deeds. Registration as "RESIDENTIAL" puts your private-use land on the TAX rolls with the use of that one word. i recommend this site as it appears there is information for each state and each county office. will update my review once i place an order.

I was not able to use the form after paying for it. The words in red would not let me type over them and I could not get a blank document. Useless.
Each forms package includes a blank form, a guide, and a completed example. The red text appears in the completed example to show how a finished document may look; the blank form is the editable document intended for customer use. Because our products are do-it-yourself legal forms, we canceled the order and payment when it was clear the customer was not able to identify and use the blank form included in the package.

It would be helpful if there were a specific example of putting a deed into a trust. Also, the limitation of characters on the description of the property was not enough.

I was so happy I found a way to register my deed electronically! The county I live in only does e-file through vendors who service law firms and large volume documents. I had everything done electronically only to hit a brick wall doing warp speed when it came to this last part. So far everything is going super smooth and very easy. The price is worth it to be able to get this deed done because I'm doing a life estate deed to my late boyfriends daughter. Good site. Two things to note. 1. The Documentary Transfer Tax Exemption sheet, the word "computer" is used when I think it should be "computed" Error in state form? 2. The California Trust Guide could have a watermark which is less distracting. Kind of hard to read the print with the DEEDS.COM logo so prominent.

Creating my enhanced lifde estate deed was rather easy but I am not happy. After buying the 3 form package for about $29 and crating my legal form... was not happy with your disclaimer than you cannot guarantee the form will meet required legal standards. I was convinced you all knew what you're doing since the forms are supposedly specific to Polk county, Florida.

I filled out the forms that were somewhat easy. I was surprised that it was recorded by the county recording office. I just hope that it really worked. I think it did. I will find out later this year.
