To be effective it must be recorded at the Recorder of Deeds/ Clerks Office in every county where said property is located. (The notice shall be recorded in the same book and in the same manner in which mortgages are recorded.) From the time of recording, the Notice of Pendency, becomes constructive notice to would be purchasers or encumbrancers. Such Notice will contain (the names of the parties, the object of the suit, and the description of the real property in the county involved, affected, or brought in question, signed by the party or the attorney of the party.) (ORS 93.740)

its a bit confusing for a novice computer user. I would prefer to print out the forms, fill them out on paper, then attach them to an email to discuss the accuracy of the forms with a friend, and then take the completed forms to the County office to be recorded
