(The mortgagee of record, the trustee of a deed of trust, or an agent or officer, legal representative, or attorney-in-fact, under a written instrument duly recorded, of either of the foregoing, may execute a satisfaction or release of a mortgage or deed of trust.) Easy access to forms saving lots of time researching reqmts from a State/Municipal Govt website. I saved 400-500 in lawyer fees but getting these forms, and coordinating with the Property recorders office in another state. Will use you again.

The deed form is hard to fill in. There is no way to fill in the county in the "reviewed by" section. Also, there is no place for the Grantee's address on the form. I had to include it in the fill-in space for the legal description.

I was very pleased with the ease in use of the forms. I suggest making sure the sample copy is totally aligned with the exact same parts. I was a little confused about the portion "Subject to.." It was easy to make corrections, additions, etc because the page remained open, and I didn't have to re=open the forms continuously.

This is quick, easy, and very reasonably priced. I wish I found this site before doing my living trust. I had the company who does my trust do the transfer deed and they charged an additional $329 for the deed alone.
