(The mortgagee of record, the trustee of a deed of trust, or an agent or officer, legal representative, or attorney-in-fact, under a written instrument duly recorded, of either of the foregoing, may execute a satisfaction or release of a mortgage or deed of trust.) Form and instructions were useful. But I suggest creating a form for transferring a deed pursuant to a trust. The existing form is based on a will going through probate so it doesn't fit the trust situation in some respects.

Quick and easy! I had previously prepared a Lady Bird deed, submitted it through Deeds.com and it was accepted/recorded by my county in just a few hours.
