In this power of attorney, the principal nominates an agent to perform one of these four (4) actions relating to a specific real property.

Then your agent is authorized to perform the chosen task to his/her fullest extent under these statutes.
(1) The authority to act with respect to real property as set forth in Section 62-8-204 of the South Carolina General Statutes;
(2) The authority to act with respect to tangible personal property as set forth in Section
62-8-205 of the South Carolina General Statutes; and
(3) The authority to act with respect to banks and other financial institutions as set forth in Section 62-8-208 of the South Carolina General Statutes
Included is a "Special Instructions" section, where you can further limit or define your Agent's powers.
The meaning and effect of this power of attorney shall for all purposes be determined by the law of the State of South Carolina.

Thank you for your feedback Lanette. In review, it looks like your first payment was declined, second one was approved and processed. What you are seeing is one payment and a hold placed by your financial institution for the declined attempt. We are not sure why they do this but the hold usually falls off after a few day depending on their policy. You think you're purchasing 1 form for $25 but you are getting several which explains the $25. My printer ran out of black ink and I couldn't change the color of the text so that it would print. I couldn't copy and paste it to Word and work on it there. I'm going to purchase ink today so that it will at least print right. I will have to retype the text in Word; not good.

The documents' format contained information needed to complete the necessary paperwork for filing with Georgia. However, the fields were not large enough to put the legal description in, and there was no way to enlarge the area. These were only semi-helpful in providing what I needed per Georgia's filing requirement.
