I found this site a must. It provided all the forms I needed to file a Quit Claim Deed. I filed what use to be called a Quick Claim Deed 30 years ago. You only had to file the one form. Today it is called a Quit Claim Deed. The pack provided forms that I had no idea had to be filed with the Quit Claim Deed. I would not have known this otherwise if the option hadn't presented itself. I am an attorney who was trying to draft some deeds in arizona. The deed templates coupled with the document instructions saved me hours work. At 1st I was skeptical, so spent hours figuring out how to draft the documents, but could have saved so much time If I had just spend the $20 sooner. Would use again is needed a deed format as a basis for my drafting.

Unfortunately for me this website was of no help, due to the amount of paperwork that needed to be submitted. One thing I can say they responded with answer really quickly. If this is a website that only deals with quick and fast deed issues, then it should indicate what they can and cannot do.
