Using an Indemnity Agreement to Protect from Liens in Tennessee
Property owners can protect themselves from a mechanic's lien on their land by executing an indemnity agreement binding both the contractor and indemnity company. By entering into an agreement, the insurer agrees to pay the contractor any amount that could otherwise be enforced through a lien placed on the property. This way, the contractor will turn to the insurance agency and not the land owner for any deficiency that is owed.

It was very easy to set up the account but then everything is very costly. I didn't see any publications that were free to account holders, so as infrequently I have to do a title search, I may as well just hire an online service to do the legwork too.

It was a waste of time. I asked a question via your chat service. I received an acknowledgement that you received the question, that you might or might not answer it, and don't bother to reply to you email, as no one would read it. The fill-in pdf produced a messy document and several of the fields too small to accommodate the text. A tailorable MS Word document would have been far better. I would not recommend using this product.

Good site. Two things to note. 1. The Documentary Transfer Tax Exemption sheet, the word "computer" is used when I think it should be "computed" Error in state form? 2. The California Trust Guide could have a watermark which is less distracting. Kind of hard to read the print with the DEEDS.COM logo so prominent.

My rating is not a 5. Although it had good instructions, it would NOT print the whole document no matter how many times I inputted the names. I ended up writing it in to complete. I also recommend putting it on one page. I had to pay an additional fees per page and if I had to notarize it, why did I have to find 2 witnesses as well. I deserve a discount for the time I spent repeatedly putting the same data. I was trying to save money since Im on social security only. It didnt. Get it to work correctly
