By entering into an agreement, the insurer agrees to pay the contractor any amount that could otherwise be enforced through a lien placed on the property. Well, we are 10 days from leaving the country for months and needed to notarize and record deed changes to our rental properties. We worried about USPS, UPS, DHL, etc. and hardcopies in the County's bureaucrats' hands. Great service! Easy to download and view. Florida should have the Revocable Transfer on Death (TOD)deed, that many other States have. That's the one I really wanted. This one will do in the meantime.
