In this form the Principal(s), appoint a second party, attorney-in-fact to perform every act necessary and requisite to negotiate, agree to and consummate, on whatever terms the Attorney in Fact deems appropriate for the purchase and financing of the real property specifically described. Included is a "Special Instructions" section where the attorney-in-fact's powers can be further limited and/or defined.
This power of attorney shall become effective immediately upon the execution of same and pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 34-6-101 et seq. and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."
Shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Tennessee that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Tennessee.
This power of attorney terminates upon a predetermined date.

It would help if pages of a document indicated 1 of 3 etc. When I downloaded the TOD guide I got a 4th page though it only showed 3 on the screen.

I was skeptical after experiencing other websites. However not only did we get the form we needed for a fraction of the cost vs going to an attorney, the additional resources (guides and samples) made the completion of the Enhanced Life Quitclaim deed quite simple, quick, and painless. We were having difficulty getting my mom to agree to meeting with an attorney or even considering a Lady Bird deed. I needed a quitclaim deed to transfer ownership of a home. An attorney wanted $400.00 to file the deed. I downloaded a blank deed for my area from deeds.com. I received it instantly. (Small fee) it came with instructions and a template. I filled it out and submitted it to the County Clerks office.it was simple and I saved a lot of money. There may be other forms you need, check with whoever you are submitting the deed. You'll have additional fees, but that is up to the municipality in which you reside. It will be helpful if you have the latest deed on file. It was much easier than I thought. This is an easy website to navigate through and it is 100% legitimate. I recommend Deeds.com.

These products would be more useful if they final deed could be copied and pasted into a word document for proper formatting. Because most of the document is protected against selecting and copying, I did not find it useful. I would not purchase again.
