Forms easy to download but experienced problems trying to type in my information into the forms. Then when I went to print a form, Adobe wanted to charge me for printing. I ended up printing the blank forms and then filling them out manually.

tl;dr - Bookmarked and anticipating using this site for years to come. My justification for rating 5/5 1. Provide intuitive method for requesting property records. 2. Cost for records *seems reasonable. 3. They clearly state that interested parties could gather these records at more affordable costs through the county (which was more confusing for an inexperienced person such as myself). I mean, I appreciate and respect this level of honesty. *I didn't shop around too much because it was difficult for me to find other services that could deliver CA property records.

This was a seamless process. It probably took one minute to fill out my information and upload the document. It was formatted and sent immediately. It was processed the next day at the county recorders office. I have zero complaints. Before finding this company I spent an entire day calling and leaving messages at other e-filing companies like simplfile and others but they all required subscriptions. I just needed to file a single document now and then so that was not a good fit. (And those companies I found out still require the customer to do all the work!). Site is easy to navigate and forms are as described. Too bad there is no secure payment link service (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. So after I verify charge has hit my credit card I will delete my Deeds.com account.
