I found this site when looking for help filing a quitclaim deed to change my property deed to my married name. I received the correct forms, an example filled out, and a guide specific to my state. Thank you! My husband and I went in the get notary stamps for a Special Warranty Deed and a Post Nuptial Agreement. The representative was very knowledgeable and thorough with the notary process. She made sure we read and understood all documents that we were signing and they required us to recite in sworn statements that everything there was true and understood! I am mostly satisfied with my Deeds.Com experience. Not sure if you can do anything about this, but since it is fairly common, I thought the Quit Claim Form would have a section specifically for adding spouse to a deed.
