Deed.com is AMAZING! I only had about 2 weeks to get my quit claim deed recorded by my county office before my refinace due date approached. When I uploaded my quit claim to Deed.com I got it electronically recored by county register's office in "24 hours"!!! Really good product, included guide to filling out forms. Totally pleased with that part. Customer service however was terrible. Did not hear back after I sent two emails. The site signed me up but after I was accepted they would not allow me to download a form, with the notation my account was closed. Had to use another email. Had problems with that. Finally got off of site and went to a login site that allowed me to download the forms. If you can get past setting up your account, it is fantastic site. Nice price compared to alternatives. Also I recieved two validation codes. Have no idea why they were sent.

The forms were immediately available for download, which was nice. However, I was not impressed by the lack of several features: 1) there was no way to edit set text in the form, such as where it says you should consult an attorney. That is not necessary for recording the deed and I wanted to deleted it, but could not. 2) Also, under the "Notes" section, there is a limited area to write; I tried adding a fuller explanation of something, but the form would not accept or include it when I printed the final document. The form may do the job, but it's not very sophisticated or elegant.
