Process is easy but system would not accept 3 different credit cards on first day. No phone number to call. Sent message and response was all 3 cards must have been declined. However, next day one of those cards went through with no problem.

My goal was to find the Covenant, Conditions, and Restrictions for my HOA. From what I can read, these documents should be attached to our Deed (single family, patio home in New Hanover County). I am not sure if I have a copy of my Deed. I would need to check my Safe Deposit Box. Unfortunately, I was not successful at finding these documents from your Website. If you can help me find them, I would appreciate that.
It is most common to obtain a copy of CC&Rs directly from the HOA. Alternatively, they are also usually a matter of public record recorded with the local recorder and you can obtain a copy there.

The process was very easy but I did not realize before I paid to get this form , that I could have gotten it free from Tulsa county clerks office. Other than that, it was fine.

You're right that the Tulsa County Clerk publishes a free transfer on death deed form, and we'd never want anyone to feel they overpaid. Our version isn't that same blank, though: it adds an alternate beneficiary designation so the property still passes as you intend if your first choice doesn't survive you, it's built to handle one or two owners, and it comes with a plain-language guide and a completed example. I was able to e-record 3 document with ease. The Middlesex registry of deeds is closed due to COVID-19 and this was my only option. Even if it was open, this is much faster and saves me time and money on parking ..etc. Great services.
