Had difficulty using the form. The information typed in would overlap with the line above. Could not change fonts. Then I resolved the spacing problem by using the Firefox browser rather than my usual Safari browser. Perhaps an alert on your site would help others avoid this problem. More space should be allocated to the description of the property. The legal description barely fit and the line above the description and the paragraph below the description look like one paragraph.

The form I downloaded was the Quit Claim form Florida. In some of the fields that were suppose to be blank there was text why?
