Promptly recording this document in the same county as the original deed of trust and promissory note serves to unencumber (free up) the title to the related real property. There is no need for any words of conveyance because the property rights were transferred when the borrower and lender signed the deed of trust.

These products would be more useful if they final deed could be copied and pasted into a word document for proper formatting. Because most of the document is protected against selecting and copying, I did not find it useful. I would not purchase again.

I could not be happier with the service afforded by Deeds.com. After having been directed to two other organizations who purportedly performed this service and being told they could not accommodate me, I found Deeds.com. The website is extremely easy to use, the directions are clear and concise. The site updated me regularly as the documents were progressing through the process, and the detailing of costs was great. I saved 225.00 with this purchase.Make sure you have an updated property description from
your county tax collectors' office.In Bay county,Florida the tax office will email you an updated property description.I attached the email to the the deed.I had to change the date and they accepted a white out and ink correction on your form.
