I LOVE that very concise directions and a sample completed deed were included. They were incredibly helpful. Why is Dade County not listed for the Lady Bird Deed?
Because on November 13, 1997, voters changed the name of the county from Dade to Miami-Dade.

This product makes it so much easier to understand and file forms that you might have to pay an attorney to do. All Counties have their own way of submitting forms and with Deeds you have the correct format.

Laborious process to gain access; need to indicate PRIINT when complete and inform that if page is backspaced, entered info disappears, necessitating starting all over again. There is only one “A” provision, when some documents have several more. Space is too limited in some instances to provide what is necessary for recording. Thank you
