This power of attorney shall become effective immediately upon the execution of same and pursuant to Utah Code 75-9-104 shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney." (ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Utah that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Utah.

Customer service was poor. I felt like I had to debate the representative to provide guidance and assistance. They acted as though I knew the process, the documents involved, etc. At the same time, they asked me to confirm which documents or at least pages needed to be filed. It was easy to make corrections, additions, etc because the page remained open, and I didn't have to re=open the forms continuously.

I am a lawyer and purchased a specialized type of deed for a special scenario. The product received was functional, but not great. Wording is slightly clunky and the form layout was not convenient for making a professional final product. The wording also didn't contemplate a remote-state probate, which is a common scenario. Something about the PDF prevented me from doing cut and paste, so I had to do OCR to get the relevant text for inserting in my existing draft deed. Finally, while the site claims it is customized for the exact state and county, it does not appear to be well-customized for that purpose and I had to use other language (not sourced from the deeds.com document) to meet local norms.
