Fast, efficient, and helpful. I don't often have documents that need recording but I found Deeds.com incredibly handy. It cost me no more and probably less than if I'd gone in to do it myself. It was especially helpful during this Covid-19 stay-at-home time. It all happened within a couple of hours and I had my recorded copies in my hands.

Quit Claim deed for North Carolina did not include all of the information I needed (two separate notary sections), but I was able to re-create another notary section in Word, and then insert it in the appropriate place after printing both documents. Otherwise, the document worked as described.

All I needed to do was changed from my previously married name to my now maiden name and a Quit Claim Deed was all I needed. I loved that they offered a sample along with very detailed directions. Great site! Thank you!
