It would be helpful for documents to be in word format as well and for PDF version not to be locked.

Your forms, guides, sample deeds and submission process were accessible, easy to understand and simple. I also was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency, professionalism and ease of staff communicating with me after I uploaded the document to ensure the county accepted it. I will continue to use this website to record deeds. Thank you!

Quick, easy, thorough, reasonable price. Much better than trying to contact a paralegal (who do not usually respond quickly, it seems)

PDF fields change font sizes leading to an unprofessional-appearing printed page. The examples for "Convey to" section don't include how to specify just one person instead of a married couple. Maybe that is simple but it would help to spell it out in an example. Haven't submitted to County Recorder yet, so will find out if it is acceptable.

Thank you for the feedback Brian.

The font issue is caused by using a PDF viewer other than Adobe Acrobat Reader. Our form fields are set to a uniform 12-point font, but non-Adobe viewers often render form fields inconsistently. Opening and printing the form with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader will resolve that.

Regarding the examples, that's a fair point, we'll look at expanding them.

Deeds.com is a quick and effective way at finding property deeds. I had the results I needed in a couple hours without having to miss work to get to the clerks office, which is well worth the price of the service.

I was able to e-record 3 document with ease. The Middlesex registry of deeds is closed due to COVID-19 and this was my only option. Even if it was open, this is much faster and saves me time and money on parking ..etc. Great services.
