The paperwork was fine but it was just paperwork. Georgia does not accept a paper form. The form must be transmitted electronically through a registered account. Using an attorney may have been the simple way to file the cancellation.
Thank you for your feedback, Dan. We’re glad the paperwork itself met your expectations. Recording requirements can vary by state and county, including how documents are submitted. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will review our product information to see where we can better clarify the recording process for Georgia customers.

I had an issue due to the fact that I had many beneficiaries. I was and still am not sure how to handle this. We do have Adobe Pro and can modify the form, if needed. But I would like to talk to your organization for more information.
While we are unable to assist you specifically with completing the document we can note that this is addressed in the guide. Information that does not fit in the available space should be included in an exhibit page.

Your program was invaluable to us, I used it for my Mom's estate and when she passed the transition was seamless and no probate was involved. I am going to use this for myself to transfer my property over to my children in upon my death. Can't say enough positive things about it. Thanks, Allen
Thank you!

Easy to use, I would recommend deeds.com. I would recommend visiting your county recorder before having document notarized. They will review document and make sure everything you need is on the deed, before having notarized.
Thank you Debbie. Have a fantastic day!

I had a great experience using Deeds.com to file my legal document. The whole process was simple and easy to follow. The website walks you through each step, and everything is explained clearly. At one point, I had to resubmit my documents, but even that was quick and easy. There were clear instructions, and I had no trouble making the changes and sending them again. The communication was great too. I was kept updated the whole time, and any questions I had were answered fast. If you need to file legal documents and want a stress-free way to do it, I definitely recommend Deeds.com. They made the whole process smooth from start to finish.
Thank you, Liliana! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're glad everything went smoothly and that our team could support you when needed. It means a lot to know you'd recommend us!
