Sorry that this a little late. I'm VERY HAPPY with everything. The deeds paperwork was just what I was looking for. It was very to fill out, it was different than n the folks used years ago. I guess I got what I paid for. The site said I would be able to download blank PDF forms that I could fill out on my computer. I expected fillable forms, like I download for taxes. Instead the forms I got could only be completed by using Adobe Sign and Fill tools. These are much harder to use than fillable forms.

Best Way EVER to record a warranty deed! It was nice to not have to drive anywhere and find the facility closed or "unable to process due to covid19 and buildings being closed". The correspondence between me and deeds.com was very timely in our back and forth email correspondence, and the processing was all finished in a timely manner. Totally worth the extra $15 that I paid in addition to the recording fee. I would use this again and again. My time and the efficiency of the job completed is worth the money.

Great forms - I got several property deeds and really appreciated that they came with the required state forms (for NY). the sample completed form is also really helpful. Attorney wanted hundreds- with this form it is the same amount of work but I can file myself for the cost of lunch!!
