When a suit is filed that affects title to real property a Lis Pendens must be recorded to provide constructive notice to would be buyers or encumbrancers. Such Lis Pendens must be recorded in the County Clerks Office where the property is located to become effective. If the property is located in more than one county then a Lis Pendens shall be recorded in the (Lis Pendens record) of each county, (which will become public record). (WV Code 55-11-1)

After some initial general confusion -- (we sold a small piece of land privately and therefore do not typically prepare such documentation (!)) -- we were able to purchase and download all forms from Deeds.com and understand how to complete it/them. The help is all there, we just needed to read and study it - the "Example" helped alot. We were able to complete the Document per your online form(s) and then take it to be signed/notarized - and take the completed paper document to the Registry -- and it is now all registered and we are All Set. rn Took the morning (only). in one of the reviews, the person said they wished that there was more room allowed for use in the grantor section. the reply was that they were sorry but there was only enough room for what was there considering margins, etc. that is not true. on the forms i downloaded there was plenty of extra room at the top of the page (about 2 inches) that was not being used.

5 Stars isn't enough! I worked with KVH today (12-30-20) to get some deeds filed in Dallas County before the end of the year. Timing was critical and I thought my only option was to record in person.
