Are there any recurring fees involved?
No. Nothing to cancel, no memberships, no recurring fees.
Under the Code of Wisconsin, the beneficiary of an interest in property may renounce the gift, either in part or in full (Wis. Stat. 854.13 (2) (d)). Note that the option to disclaim is only available to beneficiaries who have not acted in any way to indicate acceptance or ownership of the interest.
The disclaimer must be in writing and include a description of the interest, a declaration of intent to disclaim all or a defined portion of the interest, and be signed by the disclaimant (Wis. Stat. 854.13 (3)).
Deliver the disclaimer within nine months of the transfer (e.g., the death of the creator of the interest) to the personal representative or the special administrator of the deceased transferor and file a copy with the probate court that has jurisdiction (Wis. Stat. 854.13 (5) (c)). In the case of real property, a copy of the disclaimer may also be recorded in the office of the register of deeds of the county in which the property is located (Wis. Stat. 854.13 (5) (e)).
A disclaimer is irrevocable and binding for the disclaiming party and his or her creditors, so be sure to consult an attorney when in doubt about the drawbacks and benefits of disclaiming inherited property. If the disclaimed interest arises out of jointly-owned property, seek legal advice as well.

After some initial general confusion -- (we sold a small piece of land privately and therefore do not typically prepare such documentation (!)) -- we were able to purchase and download all forms from Deeds.com and understand how to complete it/them. The help is all there, we just needed to read and study it - the "Example" helped alot. We were able to complete the Document per your online form(s) and then take it to be signed/notarized - and take the completed paper document to the Registry -- and it is now all registered and we are All Set. rn Took the morning (only). Bottom line - it was certainly worth the $21 (+-?) I paid for the form and instructions, etc.
Admittedly the form is a little inflexible in terms of editing for readability but I understand that offering greater flexibility would likely make theft more likely. So I'm happy with what I got. One suggestion - add more info about what's required in the "Source of Title" section.

I thought the website was good. But once I paid the money and downloaded the papers I needed for Grays Harbor. I had to end up calling a escrow company that we had worked with only to find out that they work with a slightly different version. The escrow company was kind enough to email me the version Grays Harbor recommends and uses. There is a chance I could use theses in the future.
