Under the Code of Wisconsin, the beneficiary of an interest in property may renounce the gift, either in part or in full (Wis. Stat. 854.13 (2) (d)). Note that the option to disclaim is only available to beneficiaries who have not acted in any way to indicate acceptance or ownership of the interest.
The disclaimer must be in writing and include a description of the interest, a declaration of intent to disclaim all or a defined portion of the interest, and be signed by the disclaimant (Wis. Stat. 854.13 (3)).
Deliver the disclaimer within nine months of the transfer (e.g., the death of the creator of the interest) to the personal representative or the special administrator of the deceased transferor and file a copy with the probate court that has jurisdiction (Wis. Stat. 854.13 (5) (c)). In the case of real property, a copy of the disclaimer may also be recorded in the office of the register of deeds of the county in which the property is located (Wis. Stat. 854.13 (5) (e)).
A disclaimer is irrevocable and binding for the disclaiming party and his or her creditors, so be sure to consult an attorney when in doubt about the drawbacks and benefits of disclaiming inherited property. If the disclaimed interest arises out of jointly-owned property, seek legal advice as well.

The Personal Representatives Deed is definitely a helpful document for my files. I find it need just a little tweaking by deeds.com , There should be more space for the legal description. I did see in the FAQ's you recommend putting it in the Exhibit and this is what I did. Also I couldn't get the year to be accepted and had to write it in. These are just some minor suggestions, on the whole I was grateful to find this document. Thank you.

Your forms are great but I couldn’t use them with my computer and acrobats reader didn’t work. And then my thermal printer would only print 1/3 size pages with no way to fix it. I ordered a new color printer and we’ll see what happens.

That shrunken page is typical of thermal printers: most use narrow receipt or label paper, so a full page gets scaled down to fit, and no setting can change that. Thermal paper also fades over time, which you don't want on a document you're recording, so the new printer is the right call. When it arrives, print on plain white paper with “Actual size” selected in the print settings so the page comes out full size with its margins intact. If Acrobat Reader gives you trouble again, save the form to your computer first and open the saved file in Acrobat Reader rather than in your web browser. Still stuck? The Mineral Deed transfer form was pretty good. Could have used more info in the guide about where to find legal property descriptions and source of title. Also more space on the pdf for entering return addresses - there was room for only one; I needed three. I will be sending the form to the County Courthouse soon. I hope it works.
